Blend Inspire

Overview
In this project case study, I will be sharing my experience designing a merchandising design concept for Blend Inspire, a company that connects talents with CEOS. The goal was to bring the Blend community to life beyond events, by strengthening the desire to belong to the Blend community by retaining and expanding the community.
The challenge: Bringing the Blend community to life beyond events, by strengthening the desire to belong to the Blend community.

Process
Breaking down the project
Blend facilitates connections between companies and diverse peripheral communities, providing events that bridge the gap between them. By highlighting the diversity within these communities of artists and aligning with companies' positioning needs, Blend aims to foster mutual understanding and collaboration. The objective is to create a seamless and desirable user experience through various touch points, enhancing the connection and common interests between the two entities.
Building on strong foundations
Based on this research, I developed user personas and created wireframes to map out the app’s functionality and structure. From there, I created a high-fidelity prototype and conducted usability testing to refine the design and improve the user experience. The final design included features such as a personalised workout tracker and an easy-to-use booking system.
Collaborating with the internal team
During this project, we worked primarily at events, talking to and receiving data on the spot from both artists and CEOs. We also worked with platform users and the Blend community to find out where they stood on the issues that were at stake and those that lay ahead. Collaboration with an artist such as Rimon Guimarães was our final pillar in prototyping our value proposition.

Outcome
Applying design thinking to this project enabled us to respond not only to Blend's needs, but above all to the expectations and interest of the public. The result was the acquisition of new Blenders in the community, giving them greater visibility. All this while building community loyalty by giving them a say in Blend's decisions and direction (voting system and competitions).
The users were delighted with this proposal and, having had an execution pleasantly received by the Blend team, this project is currently being studied for future development.
